Eligibility and Duration

To enroll in a full-time PhD or PhD for working professionals people have to take an entrance exam i.e. NET and to be eligible to take that entrance exam one must follow the eligibility criteria i.e. The eligibility to pursue a full-time PhD is either a four-year bachelor’s degree with 75% qualifying marks or a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the relevant filed. But for online doctoral degrees such as DBA, there is no entrance exam and the eligibility is a bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of work experience. 

The duration to complete a full-time PhD or PhD for working professionals is approx 5 to 6 years. The duration of a DBA or online doctoral degree is 3 years.
